We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager Manager to become an integral part of our global marketing team. You will be responsible for driving overall digital and social media strategy for the company, to grow our digital footprint and manage our online channels, website, SEO, and social media. You will set the roadmap for our overall digital marketing strategy, and manage external vendors and software solutions to set best-in-class digital experiences that result in pipeline growth from net new and existing customers. You will own PPC, SEO, social media channels, conversational marketing, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns across marketing channels, including paid search, paid social advertising and content distribution
  • Manage agency consultants and software vendors for website development, PPC, conversational marketing, advertising platforms
  • Develop and implement digital communication strategies including paid search and paid social campaigns to increase website traffic, generate leads, and ensure conversion through effective landing pages and lead nurturing funnels
  • Budget tracking for all acquisition channels and recommend new spend opportunities
  • Initiate an Account Based Marketing program with a heavy focus on outbound targeting
  • Track and analyze demand generation KPIs and full-funnel program and channel performance to ensure that learnings are consistently applied
  • Own website, paid search, pay per click and other fully integrated B2B marketing initiatives
  • Craft high performing campaigns across search and social ad platforms to recognize a high volume of qualified sales-accepted opportunities in a cost-effective manner
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations to understand how and where to optimize the funnel; and then implement solutions across owned channels

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional experience as a digital marketing specialist for either an in-house or agency setting
  • Experience managing paid channels such as; Paid search, Paid Social & Paid Display
  • Demonstrated work accomplishments in paid campaigns & multichannel programs, as well as funnel growth & optimization
  • Proven experience in B2B enterprise software marketing
  • Proficiency in HubSpot marketing automation, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads
