We are  looking for a talented and driven Sales Development Representative. You will research, prospect and convert leads to qualified opportunities with the support of marketing and sales. You will use your skills in understanding the buyer journey and customer personas, to provide value to and win over prospects through the initial pre-sales phase. The Sales Development Representative will perform lead generation and qualification activities to ensure Sales receives qualified, actionable leads that will lead to revenue generating opportunities.  The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Candidate must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working closely with sales executives, generating interest, and qualifying prospects in order to fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Research, develop and pre-qualify leads to meet our strategic objectives and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Qualify leads and meetings for sales
  • Achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Develop strong relationship with prospects and sales team
  • Manage and track all activities in CRM
  • Contribute valuable insight into the market as the first touch point with prospects
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a insides sales, sales development, business development and/or telesales role B2B focused 
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong hunting mentality for outbound demand generation
  • Sales minded and customer oriented
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or alike
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree a plus
