Dot Compliance, is a leading provider of cloud Quality and Compliance management solution for the life science industry. Dot’s SaaS solution is based on world most innovative cloud provider, salesforce.com platform. Dot is on a search for a talented and highly driven sales manager to join our fast-growing team. As a member of our sales organization, you will be responsible to hunt for new clients by building a sustainable pipeline, interacting with prospects, provide quotations, negotiate and most importantly close deals!
- Manage the prospects on boarding journey throughout lead qualification, value selling, negotiation, closing.
- Demonstrate and articulate the Dot Compliance solution and added values to prospects and partners.
- Work closely with the marketing and SDR’s team to ensure that sales pipeline remains full of qualified leads & prospects.
- Represent Dot Compliance in professional events/conferences
- Develop, build and sustain long-term relationships with prospects, partners and customers.
- Work together with Customer Success to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Roles at fast-growing High-tech organizations – MUST.
- Significant experience working with life science customers – advantage
- Experience in working in European or APAC markets – MUST
- Fluency in English both written and spoken – MUST.
- Fluency in German both written and spoken – MUST
- Dynamic, energetic and eager for success with positive “can do” attitude.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter able to work individually as well as a part of a team.
- Experience working with salesforce.com – Advantage.
