Who we’re looking for

Dot Compliance is an AI-empowered, innovative cloud-based software company providing electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) solutions for life sciences organizations. Built on the Salesforce platform, our solutions enable companies to replace traditional paper-based quality processes with scalable, compliant, and efficient digital systems. 

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Solution Engineer to join our Professional Services organization. This role is a key technical partner to the Project Manager and customers, responsible for designing, configuring, and delivering custom Salesforce-based solutions as part of regulated eQMS implementations. 

Role Overview 

As a Salesforce Technical Solution Engineer, you will work closely with Project Managers, customers, and internal technical teams to translate business and quality requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and custom solutions. You will take a hands-on role in configuration, oversee delegated configuration activities performed by the back-office team, and manage all custom technical tasks throughout the project lifecycle. 

This is a customer-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, structured execution, and the ability to clearly communicate progress and status. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner closely with the Project Manager on customer projects involving custom Salesforce solutions. 
  • Translate customer business and quality requirements into technical designs and configuration specifications. 
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration within the Dot Compliance platform. 
  • Delegate configuration tasks to the back-office technical team and provide clear guidance and oversight. 
  • Own and manage all custom solution tasks, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards. 
  • Monitor configuration progress, dependencies, and risks, and proactively raise issues when needed. 
  • Participate in regular customer meetings to provide technical status updates and clarify requirements. 
  • Support deployment, validation, and testing activities for configured and customized solutions. 
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term solution stability. 


Do you have what we’re looking for?

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and implementation. 
  • Proven experience in customer-facing Salesforce deployment or solution engineering roles. 
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into technical configurations and solutions. 
  • Experience working in structured project environments, preferably in regulated industries. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English. 
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple parallel tasks. 
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 
  • Relevant academic degree from a recognized university or college.
