We are looking for a full-time QMS Implementation Project Manager to become an integral part of our Professional Services team at Dot Compliance. You will be working directly with our clients to implement our SaaS quality and compliance solutions.
Our ideal candidate should be passionate about customer needs and delivery success. As a critical member of our Professional Services team, you will provide project leadership to various clients embarking on their digital transformation journey; as such, this role requires individuals to be customer relationship oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through various phases of implementation including scoping, Configuration, Implementation, validation, and training.
- Develop and direct work plans, schedules, project estimates, and resource plans.
- Monitor projects from initiation to through delivery.
- Understand our customers’ needs, translate requirements.
- Configure and deploy our cloud-based solutions.
- Level 1 support of technical issues submitted by customers (as needed)
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience working with or for life sciences companies.
- Background knowledge of quality assurance, and regulatory requirements and processes in the life sciences industry
- BS/BA degree in Science, Engineering or Business Administration OR an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
- Advanced Training Skills
- Experience implementing quality management systems for life sciences- Advantage-
- Demonstrated work history in full life cycle project implementation.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Project management certification (PMI) – Advantage.
