Dot’s SaaS solution is based on world most innovative cloud provider, salesforce.com platform. Dot is on a search for a talented and highly driven Presales Engineer to join our fast-growing sales team. 

As a member of this team you will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of business and technical requirements, solution development, in depth product demonstrations, manage prospect’s experience with the solution, and ensuring smooth customer handovers with the delivery teams. As a Presale Engineer you’re expected to be our foremost product expert and seen as trusted advisor during the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearly articulate the benefits of Dot Compliance solutions and tailor product demos to all levels including functional employees up to “C” level executives
  • Manage the prospect presale process – deep knowledge of the product and the possibilities to match the solution to customer needs 
  • Keep up to date with the new solution versions and the regulatory updates
  • Produce and deliver technical proposals to any customer requests including general technical enquiries, RFI’s, RFP’s.
  • Own, develop and improve internal demo environment
  • Engage with internal communities to support knowledge management, thought leadership, and professional development efforts
  • Share best practices, industry knowledge, and personal expertise to educate both clients, partners and fellow consultants, in formal and ad hoc settings

Requirements:

  • Experience in similar role as Presale Engineer
  • Experience in project management 
  • Experience working with salesforce.com hands-on, administrator level – Advantage.
  • Successfully match customer needs/requirements to proposed solutions
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken – Must.
  • Dynamic, energetic and eager for success with positive “can do” attitude.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and social skills.
  • Experience working with the life science industry – Big Advantage.
